How support works

Client Portal → Support → Open Ticket

Primary channel: Client Portal → Support → Open Ticket.

Support hours: Mon–Fri 9AM–6PM ET

Emergency incidents: 24/7 for outages

Target response times: Critical: 1–2h, Standard: 4–6h

 

Best way to get fast help

  • Include your domain, steps to reproduce, timestamp/timezone, and any error messages or screenshots.
  • For DNS/SSL, paste your current nameservers and where your DNS is hosted.
