Account Cancellation Terms
- Cancel Anytime: You can request an immediate cancellation or set your account to automatically terminate at the end of the current billing cycle directly within your client dashboard under Services >> Management Options.
- No Cancellation Fees: There are no penalties, hidden processing charges, or administrative fees for canceling a service.
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds are evaluated according to our standard billing terms and service agreement based on service tier, billing cycle length, and domain registration status.
Important Pre-Cancellation Note:
Canceling a hosting service permanently deletes associated server directories, databases, and hosted email accounts from our active storage arrays. Please ensure you download full local copies of your site files and databases prior to submitting a cancellation request.
