How to Upgrade Your Service
- Log in to your client dashboard and select Services>>My Services.
- Click on the active web hosting plan you wish to modify.
- Select Upgrade/Downgrade from the left-hand actions menu.
- Choose your new service tier or resource package and select your preferred billing cycle.
- Complete the prorated invoice balance. Our system will immediately allocate additional CPU, RAM, storage, and I/O capacity to your account.
Prorated Billing Calculation:
You only pay the difference for the remaining duration of your current billing cycle. Our billing system automatically calculates prorated charges down to the day, ensuring you never pay twice for overlapping resources.
